Salary: CAD 199,800 - 244,200 / annual

You'll join the Offers team, which sources and curates personalized offers that help community members save and earn more. This is a full-stack team where engineers work across multiple platforms—Android, iOS, and backend—depending on where the problem lives.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer with Android expertise, you'll own projects end-to-end: partnering with product and design from problem definition through execution, writing specs, building systems that match and surface offers intelligently, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll work in an AI-native way, leveraging AI coding tools for faster iteration across stacks. You'll run experiments (A/B tests, targeting, funnels, retention) to validate that offers genuinely help customers, design and implement APIs with backend partners, and drive architectural decisions that keep the organization agile as it scales.
Key responsibilities include translating customer pain points into technical solutions, shipping iteratively with ruthless prioritization, creating unit and automation tests, and acting as a tech lead who raises the bar across the team. You'll balance speed against quality, push back on data-driven insights, and own outcomes from spec through launch and iteration.
Required: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience; 4+ years shipping and maintaining mobile applications at scale with strong Android focus; product mindset with comfort in ambiguity; tech lead experience mentoring junior engineers; willingness to work across Android, iOS, and backend stacks.
