Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Integration Engineer to join the Intelligence Systems division, focused on delivering specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community customers. This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and implementing critical mission network and edge hardware systems while working directly with customers in the field and remotely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide end-to-end development, integration, and support of tactical mission equipment and systems
- Design, deploy, and maintain resilient mission networks supporting tactical, operational, and strategic-level operations
- Develop and support resilient edge hardware infrastructure for multi-level operations
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time using analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving
- Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program teams
- Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based systems
- Travel up to 50% to support field deployments and customer operations
Required qualifications:
- Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance (must be maintainable)
- Strong experience with tactical network systems and tactical edge hardware
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in field environments and collaborate with customers and team members
- Proficiency with hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware
- Ability to meet health and medical requirements for deployments per DFARS and DoD regulations
Preferred: Experience deploying real-world tactical mission networks for hundreds of users.
