Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment and label of Take-Two Interactive, is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team in Barcelona. The company develops games downloaded over 6 billion times across 175+ countries, including franchises like FarmVille, Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, and Empires & Puzzles.
In this role, you will design and drive high-impact analytics solutions that shape the technical direction of the analytics function. You'll partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, visualizing and communicating findings to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, applying statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives, and proactively exploring AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline investigations.
The role demands adaptability and efficient time management as the team's priorities evolve with Socialpoint's and Zynga's dynamic marketing needs. You'll work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days per week in the Barcelona office.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, and/or data visualization
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
- Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
- BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience automating recurring analytics workflows is a plus
- Team player who establishes effective relationships
