H1 is building a global platform to democratize access to healthcare information, using data and AI to unlock medical insights and improve patient outcomes. The data team is responsible for creating the world's most comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders and the ecosystem they influence. In this Research Analyst role, you will be a key member of the data team, focusing on healthcare data collection, validation, and organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain dashboards tracking data coverage across H1's data assets - Develop subject matter expertise in conference and clinical trial data, understanding regional variations and supporting global data collection efforts - Serve as a data steward, validating data quality and completeness across multiple sources - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the United States and India to ensure data collection aligns with process guidelines - Identify and escalate exceptional scenarios and data quality issues - Create and maintain healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) records using data from diverse sources - Conduct secondary research and synthesize information into structured, organized presentations - Mentor new team members and support their professional development You will work with thousands of global data sources, converting raw information into actionable insights that drive healthcare equity and accelerate drug development. The role requires flexibility across internal projects, quick learning, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in secondary research within healthcare or life sciences, including data collection, interpretation, and organization - Expert understanding of data collection processes - Graduate degree in a life science discipline with exposure to research, analysis, and content writing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic proficiency in Excel (preferred)
