Divergent 3D is seeking a Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead logistics and warehouse teams across multiple facilities in support of advanced manufacturing and assembly operations. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, this is a hands-on leadership role managing warehouse teams for both Divergent and Czinger, overseeing additive manufacturing production support, outbound transportation, lineside kitting for finished goods and vehicle builds, and overall warehouse management.
Key responsibilities include directly managing warehouse teams and driving overall team performance and safety culture. You will serve as the subject matter expert for warehouse systems, analyzing existing integrations and determining the minimum viable path to implement best-in-class systems supporting both businesses. You are accountable for accuracy of all transaction-based processes including receipts, issues, kitting, WIP movements, and quality dispositions, with support for monthly reconciliation with finance and accounting.
You will evaluate and improve existing part lifecycle processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and timing requirements are met. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing cycle count plans, generating reports, scheduling counts, validating variances, and completing adjustments. You will report and track material stock levels across all organizations, working closely with purchasing and material planning to drive accuracy in planning and demand activities.
The role requires driving continuous improvement across kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, developing and revising systematic processes, implementing warehouse organization and layout changes, and building detailed metrics to measure and evaluate performance. You will ensure all team members are appropriately trained on new processes and drive digital transformation efforts as a key technical leader.
