PackageX is building a Physical Logistics Execution Platform that uses Vision AI, workflow automation, mobile execution, and integrations to help enterprises digitize and verify physical operations across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, warehouses, retail locations, and logistics environments.
You will lead complex enterprise customer implementations, drive adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with the PackageX platform. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation, enterprise program management, customer operations, value realization, and strategic account execution. You will work closely with operations, IT, product, and executive stakeholders to understand complex workflows and integrations, manage implementation timelines and risks, and ensure customers realize measurable value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting closed-won customer commitments into structured implementation plans
- Managing multiple enterprise customer implementations simultaneously
- Leading customer implementation calls and driving go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones
- Identifying blockers early and escalating clearly to internal and customer teams
- Partnering with technical teams to deliver customer workflows successfully
- Translating customer needs into clear internal action plans
- Capturing measurable value, ROI, and customer evidence
- Building implementation playbooks and improving post-sales execution
- Strengthening alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer teams
- Serving as a senior customer-facing partner to business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Identifying expansion signals and handing off to commercial teams
Within the first 90 days, you will establish clear ownership, statuses, timelines, and risks for active customer implementations. Strategic accounts will have visible go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones. Customer risks will be surfaced before they become escalations. Implementation handoffs will become cleaner and more consistent, with systematic capture of customer value and ROI evidence. Executive stakeholders will have clear visibility into implementation progress, and post-sales execution will become more structured, visible, and repeatable.
This role reports to the Head of Go-to-Market and requires regular customer-site travel for pilots, implementation, go-live support, executive readouts, and relationship building.
