Own the supply plan and its assumptions (yield, safety stock, days of supply, lead times). Run monthly demand and supply reviews and bring constraints to leadership with options, financial impact, and recommendations. - Partner with Finance to provide supply plans, PO schedules, and install data for cash and working capital planning; model scenarios with the CFO's team. - Own tools and processes by leading the supply planning tool's requirements, platform decision, adoption, and working with Product and Engineering on portal dependencies. Success will be measured by: installs versus plan by OEM program and region; days of supply by SKU and branch against target; demand forecast accuracy; EPC forecast submission rates; no supply-driven install delays; OEM commitments and credit limits managed with no surprises; distributor fee variance control; planning tool adoption; and timely closure of commercial items. Qualifications: - 7+ years in supply chain, operations, or program management, with at least 3 years leading teams - Track record running S&OP at scale and presenting to executives - Experience negotiating commercial terms with suppliers or OEMs, including volume commitments and payment terms - Strong grasp of working capital, credit exposure, and how supply decisions affect cash - Experience leading through influence across sales, finance, legal, and operations - Strong Excel and data skills, and experience in an ERP such as NetSuite - Clear, direct communication with executives and external partners Preferred: - Experience in solar, energy storage, electrical distribution, HVAC, or similar equipment channels - Experience with consignment or customer-owned inventory models - Experience selecting and rolling out planning platforms such as Pigment, Kinaxis, or o9 - Experience managing a large, fragmented partner base - Experience with supply chain financing programs
