bunch is building the operating infrastructure for private markets, combining AI-powered automation with deep regulatory expertise to replace fragmented processes with an integrated platform. The company has 4x'd ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs, and closed a $35M Series B in May 2026. As a senior member of the Founders' Office, you will own the company's highest-priority strategic projects end-to-end. You will lead high-importance, high-urgency initiatives—defining problems, coordinating stakeholders including senior leadership, conducting analysis, and driving projects to completion. You'll take charge of cross-departmental initiatives spanning commercial, product, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting opportunity assessments to support founders in identifying new growth areas, evaluating new markets, business lines, and products. Depending on scale, you'll run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel. You'll identify what the company should work on next and make it happen. You bring 3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments such as top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth VC-backed startups, ideally with hands-on startup experience. You are independent and proactive, identifying what needs to happen and moving it forward without waiting for direction. You excel at bringing the right people in early, building alignment across functions and with senior stakeholders without needing formal authority, and managing multiple workstreams effectively. You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable insights. You design and execute analyses end-to-end, rigorously QA your own work, and deliver outputs that drive decisions. You structure recommendations with clear "so what" statements, quantify trade-offs, flag risks, and propose preferred paths. You're comfortable pushing back on work that doesn't serve top priorities, including your own. You're curious about new tools and quick to adopt AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis while understanding their limits. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. The role offers a competitive compensation package, customizable benefits (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food), 28 days vacation plus 2 company days and local holidays, and remote-flexible hybrid work (3 days/week in office) with up to 4 remote calendar weeks annually. You'll work with a diverse team of 120+ from 40+ countries.
