Aspire is a financial operating system for global founders, combining banking, software, and automation into a single platform. The company has raised Series C funding from Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed, and serves over 50,000 startups worldwide.
This role builds Aspire's partner ecosystem across Singapore and Hong Kong as the company moves up-market. You will own the partner-sourced revenue plan for mid-market (50-500 employee companies) and build the partner motion from the ground up—defining segments, signing initial partners, designing commercial models, and establishing co-sell motions with the direct sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, recruit, and sign partners that mid-market finance teams trust: accounting firms, ERP vendors, systems integrators, ISVs, and technology consultants
- Build and manage the ERP reseller and VAR channel, including tiering, margin structures, deal registration, and sales alignment
- Negotiate partnership agreements and design commercial models that work for both parties
- Conduct joint business planning and quarterly reviews with top partners around targets and pipeline
- Develop partner enablement—collateral, training, and certification so partners can sell independently
- Build relationships with trade associations and chambers of commerce; negotiate access to member bases and design joint programmes with pipeline outcomes
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry programmes with partners
- Represent Aspire at regional conferences and events
- Work with product and engineering on integrations that unlock partner opportunities
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to execute the partner strategy
Success in year one means signing a roster of partners across accounting, ERP, reseller, SI, and ISV segments who actively generate pipeline; owning and hitting a partner-sourced revenue number; launching live association programmes producing qualified opportunities; and documenting a repeatable programme that a second hire could scale to new markets.
You bring 6-8 years building partner or channel programmes from near-zero with direct revenue accountability. You have deep experience in ERP, accounting software, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology ecosystems and understand how these partners operate. You have a proven track record in partner-led demand generation measured in pipeline, strong commercial instincts for structuring deals, and the ability to own a channel end-to-end.
