Life360 is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for the company's global subscription services and advertising businesses. The role is based in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual and long-range planning processes for subscription services and advertising businesses
- Interface with business leaders to develop monthly forecasts, analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure budget compliance
- Build and maintain deep business partner relationships to drive alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide strategic financial modeling, assessments, and decision-making frameworks to leadership and business partners
- Partner with finance and accounting teams on month-end close, financial reporting, executive communications, and Board materials
- Drive improvements to forecasting and budgeting processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Develop new processes and tools; evaluate and improve existing analytics and reporting capabilities
- Mentor junior staff to develop them into strategic business partners

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $298,022 (US-based range; may vary by geographic tier). Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 84 months (7 years) of progressive experience in strategic finance or related occupation
