Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Manager of SaaS Quality Engineering to lead quality transformation across their PingOne Multi-tenant SaaS platform. This is a deeply technical leadership role focused on AI-first SDLC transformation, agentic quality workflows, and modern quality platform architecture.
You will own North America execution while shaping global quality strategy across two core pillars: System Validation and Quality Platform. The role involves leading senior technical talent, defining operating models, and improving how distributed teams build, test, validate, and release mission-critical identity services used by enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading AI-first SDLC transformation with agentic workflows for requirements analysis, test design, test creation, execution, failure triage, and release-readiness evaluation
- Owning quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and Identity for AI product surfaces
- Leading the Quality Platform pillar: reusable test frameworks, agentic fleets, quality tooling, CI/CD gates, and developer-owned quality enablement
- Building the System Validation pillar for customer-oriented E2E validation while enabling scrum teams to own functional validation
- Defining validation for critical customer workflows, microservice dependencies, performance/scalability risks, and production-risk reduction
- Partnering with DevTools and development leaders to shift validation closer to code through developer-owned testing
- Leading quality process transformation and establishing quality standards forums
The ideal candidate has driven production adoption of AI-enabled or agentic engineering workflows in modern SaaS environments, understands shift-left quality transformation, and can explain measurable outcomes and lessons learned. You should be comfortable discussing quality architecture, tools, frameworks, developer-owned quality, and agentic workflows. Experience maintaining or improving quality as validation shifts from centralized testing teams to developer-owned scrum teams is essential.
