Salary: USD 135,000 - 159,500 / annual

Alma (Spring Health's division) is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to drive growth by owning the systems, processes, and analytics that power the growth teams. This is a full-time, fully remote position reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. The role balances people management of a small team with hands-on individual contributor work. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and manage a small Revenue Operations team while staying hands-on with execution - Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations - Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, Finance) to design and implement revenue-generation strategies - Lead projects from ideation through execution to improve revenue processes, including building technology enhancements within revenue tools - Own recurring reporting rhythm across sales and growth marketing, from weekly pipeline reviews to leadership business reviews - Vet and select tools across the revenue tech stack, own vendor transitions and implementations, and ensure clean, reliable data flow - Troubleshoot issues and support end users across revenue tools - Build and maintain the automation layer powering revenue processes - Own the commission process, ensuring accurate and timely sales rep payments - Drive provider acquisition forecasting, goal setting, and planning - Own revenue data accuracy and infrastructure end-to-end, making trustworthy data accessible through BI tools Success metrics include: 95% of revenue operations requests responded and resolved on time; 95%+ of planned quarterly initiatives completed by committed date; ≥95% unique records across leads, contacts, and accounts in Salesforce; 95% of reports/dashboards free of data errors; 90% of ad-hoc reports requiring no correction; 100% of vendor contracts reviewed and renewed/renegotiated before deadline. Requirements: - 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management - 1-2 years of people management experience - Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (flows, validation rules, permission sets, field-level security) - Experience building and maintaining automations others depend on - Expertise in revenue tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft preferred) - Proven track record implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation - Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Workato) as core part of workflow - SQL fluency: able to write and troubleshoot queries against data warehouse - Strong judgment applying AI: knowing when to trust, when to double-check, how to leverage across team workflows - Experience owning vendor relationships - Specialization in designing, improving, and implementing operational processes - High organization, detail-orientation, and exceptional project management skills - Ability to handle ambiguity, operate as generalist across strategy/systems/execution, and build paths forward without playbooks - Current on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations
