As Senior Manager of Product Quality Engineering, you will lead a team of quality engineers and specialists responsible for defining, developing, and executing processes that ensure high-quality, reliable products. Your leadership will directly impact how Anduril delivers production quality and sustaining support for a portfolio of intelligence systems products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Test, and Supply Chain leadership to execute the Product Development Process and meet gate readiness reviews (CDR, BRR, MRR/PRR) from prototype through full-rate production
- Lead the quality voice across product development, production quality, and supplier quality functions
- Manage a team driving continuous improvement and failure mode elimination in development and production phases
- Own supplier quality engineering, part qualification, and risk management programs
- Establish and lead quality control processes, frameworks, and execution from detailed engineering requirements through inspection methods and tooling
- Drive production readiness through design reviews, process development, verification/validation, and qualification
- Manage product health data analysis and establish metrics for quality performance
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), non-conformance reviews (NCRs), and material review board (MRB) activities
- Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and required documentation
- Develop strategies and resource plans with production, program management, deployments, sourcing, and engineering leadership
You will build partnerships across the organization and be the leader for quality throughout the product lifecycle, from early prototype testing to full production and customer deployment.
