Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead global pricing initiatives for a fintech platform processing over 10 billion transactions annually. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy, you will drive end-to-end execution of pricing frameworks across all product verticals, serving as deputy to the director in their absence. You will operate at the intersection of Commercial, Product Strategy, and Finance, with full project ownership from conception through implementation. Key responsibilities include developing and refining product pricing frameworks, orchestrating alignment between Commercial, Product, and Finance teams, managing competitor intelligence and pricing benchmarking, and architecting scalable internal processes to accelerate time-to-market during global expansion. You will implement advanced tools and AI-driven processes to ensure agility and governance in product rollouts, and play an instrumental role in securing leadership sign-off for new pricing structures and customer repricing initiatives. This is a high-impact role with regular exposure to senior leadership across the Checkout group. Required qualifications: 5+ years of commercial experience in payments within fast-paced B2B environments, with a proven track record designing profitable pricing models. You must have direct experience designing, drafting, and launching complex global pricing strategies and structural frameworks. Exceptional project management skills are essential—you'll manage large-scale, multi-departmental initiatives under tight timelines. Strong communication ability to articulate complex pricing models to stakeholders at all levels, combined with a builder's mindset, high autonomy, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly scaling global organization. Based in London with a global remit. Hybrid working model with three days per week in office. No direct reports, but full project ownership and strategic influence across the organization.
