ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager, Partner Led Channel & Growth Operations to drive three interconnected priorities across the Americas (AMS) region: incubating a new Partner Led Channel (PLC) business model, supporting Canada sales operations, and enabling Major Area Strategists to execute growth and pipeline expansion.
This is a high-impact, multi-dimensional role sitting at the intersection of new business model enablement, operational excellence, and strategic growth support. You will report to the Head of AMS GPC Business Operations and collaborate with Global Operations, the new PLC leader, regional operations teams, and strategists.
**Partner Led Channel Incubation & Enablement (40% of role)**
You will partner with Global Operations to understand the PLC operating model and translate it to the AMS context. You'll define systems, data flows, deal routing, partner hierarchy, and operational workflows. Working closely with the new PLC leader, you'll support their business priorities, help them navigate AMS infrastructure, and develop an operational roadmap for launch and scaling—including systems configuration, process definition, staffing, and capacity planning. You'll coordinate across Data & Systems, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth PLC operations.
**Canada Sales Operations & Execution (30% of role)**
You'll own forecast quality and integrity through weekly/monthly submissions and validation. You'll support deal reviews with the Canada leader, diagnosing deal health, identifying risks, and surfacing acceleration candidates. You'll track pipeline composition, stage velocity, and sourced vs. sell-through metrics to surface early-warning signals. You'll coordinate quarterly and annual performance management (MBO setting, attainment tracking, individual conversations) and ensure sales processes are followed, escalating issues to the Partner Operations team.
**Major Area Strategist Support & Pipeline Growth (30% of role)**
You'll support Major Area Strategists (currently 2, expanding in 2027) with forecasting calls and QBRs by gathering data, surfacing trends, and preparing executive briefs. You'll maintain visibility into strategic deals, surface pipeline risks and opportunities, and provide deal-level coaching. You'll build self-serve data views and scorecards for strategist portfolios, tracking growth metrics and NNL attainment. You'll serve as a sounding board for strategists on deals, strategy, and operational challenges, providing market and competitive intelligence as needed.
**Key Relationships**
You'll work closely with the Head of AMS GPC Business Operations (your manager), the PLC Leader, Canada Leader, Major Area Strategists, Senior Manager of Partner Operations Infrastructure, Global Partner Led Channel Operations team, Data & Systems team, and Field Business Partners.
**Why This Matters**
Partner Led Channel is a new growth engine for AMS. Getting the operational model and systems right is critical to its success. Simultaneously, Canada and Major Area Strategists are scaling complex portfolios. This role directly impacts PLC's launch success, Canada's operational health, and strategists' ability to execute on growth.
