Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., operating a technology-powered platform that connects 750+ psychiatrists and 250+ therapists to hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. As Senior Manager of Operational Programs, you will own and improve high-priority programs within the Central Clinical Operations team that directly impact clinicians, patients, and internal teams. Your core responsibilities include running day-to-day operations of programs like clinician onboarding, network support, and new lines of business. You will own the analytics and reporting for your programs, building dashboards and translating data into actionable decisions. You'll diagnose root causes of operational friction, simplify fragmented processes, and eliminate redundant work through process redesign and automation. You will identify repetitive, resource-heavy work and replace it with automation, AI, and better tooling to enable a lean team to scale operations. This requires partnering across Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to implement solutions. You'll drive adoption through stakeholder alignment, workgroup facilitation, and change management, measuring success by how quickly clinicians ramp, time returned to patient care, and increased patient volume without team expansion. The role is hands-on and detail-oriented. You'll troubleshoot problems as they surface, then step back to fix the underlying system. You'll combine frontline context, operational data, and systems knowledge to drive improvements that stick. You report to the VP of Operational Programs. Required: 4-6+ years in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation. You are quantitative and rigorous with metrics and dashboards, a builder-operator comfortable with both workflow details and system-level thinking, and a cross-functional operator who gets work done through influence. You have an automation and AI instinct, reaching for technology before headcount. Preferred: healthcare or regulated industry experience, EHR familiarity, and hands-on automation or no-code/low-code tooling experience. Mission alignment with mental health care is important.
