Karat is the world's largest technical interviewing platform, serving companies like PayPal, Atlassian, and Citi. The Interview Delivery team is responsible for scaling and delivering seamless interview experiences globally.
As Senior Manager of Supply Acquisition, you will lead Karat's strategy to attract and scale a global network of Interview Engineers. You'll manage a small team (Program Manager and Coordinator) and own the end-to-end acquisition funnel—from sourcing and screening through conversion and onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as strategic lead for supply acquisition initiatives, ensuring the interviewer marketplace keeps pace with customer demand
- Leverage AI and data analytics to optimize the acquisition funnel, balancing volume with quality
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities within existing geographies where playbooks don't yet exist
- Build and coach a high-performing team focused on growth and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to drive marketplace growth
- Lead complex projects that improve acquisition processes and scale with company growth
You'll bring 8+ years in marketplace operations, supply/talent acquisition, or recruiting operations in high-growth environments, plus 3+ years leading and developing small teams. You have a proven track record executing acquisition and growth strategies that scale talent or contractor networks, and you're comfortable using AI tools to inform decisions. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional influence, and executive-level communication are essential. Native-level English proficiency required.
