Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Mission Readiness Systems & Process to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of deployment operations for defense technology systems. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, logistics, and mission operations, overseeing the global fielding, sustainment, and support of Anduril's hardware and software solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing scalable, standardized deployment workflows that ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability across domestic and international operations. You will establish end-to-end deployment visibility and coordinate seamlessly between supply chain, logistics, engineering, and technical operations teams. The role requires designing and implementing standardized deployment methodologies, identifying process improvements through data-driven analysis, and leveraging predictive analytics to reduce asset downtime.
You will lead systems and technology integration efforts, including implementation of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms to enhance operational effectiveness. This includes partnering with software engineering teams to build custom deployment tools and creating a centralized knowledge repository for best practices and training materials.
Cross-functional coordination is central to the role. You will build and lead a team serving as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, logistics, and technical operations. You'll develop deployment playbooks and SOPs, work with internal and external partners on scalable solutions, and manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
The position also emphasizes continuous improvement and operational scaling. You will establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track deployment success, lead post-mission reviews and lessons-learned initiatives, and build infrastructure to support increasing operational tempo.
