Salary: USD 134,000 - 149,000 / annual

InStride Health is a mission-driven healthtech company delivering specialty anxiety and OCD care for children, teens, and young adults. The company combines research-backed clinical care with innovative technology to expand access to insurance-based care, reduce wait times, streamline onboarding, and improve treatment outcomes. You will lead the systems, data, and automation infrastructure that enables families and referring providers to discover InStride and move through the application process. This role bridges marketing, sales, payor operations, and clinical teams, ensuring everyone operates from a single source of truth. You will manage one direct report and work fully remote. Key responsibilities include: - Govern the CRM platform and connected marketing tools: data model, automation, permissions, data quality, and integrations with the website, analytics, and clinical systems - Set strategy and drive execution with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales/Territory Management, Product, Admissions, Clinical Operations, Data Science, Analytics) - Manage and develop the CRM Administrator, transitioning the role from reactive request handling to strategic priorities - Define the end-to-end journey from first contact through application, evaluation, and enrollment; collaborate with data science and analytics on lead scoring, routing, and attribution - Represent commercial and marketing needs in product and engineering planning - Build and maintain audiences for marketing and sales; use AI to surface campaign opportunities (underserved territories, plan coverage changes, application bottlenecks) - Design how provider interest flows to territory managers with clear targeting, priorities, and automation - Provide payor team with reporting on utilization, geographic coverage, and referral volume by plan You will be a strategic thinker who can set direction across marketing systems while remaining hands-on. AI and automation are central to scaling this work. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in CRM systems management or marketing/revenue operations, including hands-on experience rebuilding or significantly restructuring a CRM (not just administering) - Hands-on Zoho CRM experience preferred; deep HubSpot or Salesforce experience considered if ready to go deep on Zoho - Proven experience directly managing people: hiring, developing, and holding direct reports/teams accountable to clear priorities - Track record of supporting sales teams with measurable gains in efficiency and output - Real experience using AI and automation to build functional solutions, not just experimentation - Strong strategic thinking: ability to move between marketing strategy, systems architecture, and data flows - Comfort with funnel and conversion analytics; familiarity with lead capture and behavior tracking (forms, GA4, Segment, or similar) - Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environment - Healthcare, behavioral health, or HIPAA-regulated environment experience is a plus but not required
