Salary: USD 134,136 - 195,615 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Strategy Advisory to join the Insurance Product Development Team. This role develops and advances market-level strategies that drive growth, retention, performance improvement, and expansion across Oscar's product portfolio. You will lead strategic analyses and programs related to market expansion, portfolio optimization, strategic partnerships, and segment-specific growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing market strategy recommendations focused on growth and competitive positioning; analyzing market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends; leading analyses supporting new market entry and expansion; developing business cases for market growth and portfolio investments; and translating complex data into executive-ready insights. The role partners closely with insurance product teams, finance, actuarial, network, clinical, sales, and market leadership to assess market dynamics and identify opportunities. You will support multi-year strategic planning, guide operational improvements, and develop executive presentations and strategic materials for leadership discussions. This is a remote position requiring residency in one of 15 specified states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia). Travel up to 25% is required. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, insurance product, or market strategy; experience with ACA/QHP health insurance markets; and experience leading programs in matrixed organizations. Preferred qualifications include MBA or advanced degree, market entry strategy or portfolio optimization experience, and familiarity with value-based care and healthcare ecosystem strategy.
