Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers across 190+ countries. The company simplifies cross-border business by removing friction from financial workflows—including global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce solutions, working capital, and business intelligence.
You will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of CN & APAC Enterprise, driving growth across China and Asia-Pacific. Your core responsibilities span four areas:
**Strategy & Market Intelligence**: Develop deep expertise in cross-border commerce, digital trade, fintech, and payments trends across China and APAC. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace segments and emerging opportunities. Generate actionable insights through data analysis, customer research, and stakeholder interviews. Build business cases and strategic recommendations to guide investment and go-to-market decisions.
**Business Planning & Leadership Support**: Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and key operating rhythms. Develop executive presentations, strategic communication materials, and analytical dashboards. Partner with regional leaders to define priorities and track progress against objectives.
**Strategic Project Management**: Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance. Establish governance, milestones, and success metrics. Track execution, identify risks, and drive resolution to ensure on-time delivery and business impact.
**Opportunity Identification & Incubation**: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities. Evaluate emerging customer needs and adjacent growth areas. Lead investigations from hypothesis through recommendation, helping the organization prioritize resources against highest-impact opportunities.
