All team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate AI into workflows, and continuously push the boundaries of these technologies. The company moves at the pace of AI, with rapid change and evolution in day-to-day work. REQUIREMENTS: - Deep internal communications experience: must have owned internal comms at a fast-growing company, not just contributed - Experience keeping a remote or distributed workforce connected to company values and each other - Ability to earn executive trust: write in their voice, help maintain consistency, provide candid feedback, handle sensitive information with discretion - Systems thinking: design communications architecture and cadence intentionally rather than adding to clutter - AI-native operations: use AI as default for drafting, editing, summarizing, and measuring communications; excited to build workflows and agents - Clear, quick writing across formats (CEO all-hands narratives to crisp Slack announcements) - Ability to translate complex technical and business news into plain language - Data-driven approach: use feedback to show what works and iterate PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 5–8+ years in communications, primarily in internal or executive comms at high-growth tech companies - Experience at fully remote or globally distributed companies through rapid headcount growth - Communications experience during major company moments (fundraises, launches, leadership changes, reorgs) - Employee advocacy program building or ambassador experience - Background in AI, developer-first, or technical B2B companies - Experience building or owning AI-powered comms workflows or tools
