Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead internal comms strategy and execution across the company. This role sits within the Marketing & Communications team and owns two primary areas: internal communications strategy and All Hands programming. In the internal communications capacity, you will author company-level messaging to ensure employees receive the information and context they need. You'll partner with executives and teams across Twitch on sensitive or complex issues, anticipating employee questions and helping leaders communicate clearly. You'll develop comprehensive comms plans for organizational changes, company announcements, and other important moments. You'll also track employee engagement and feedback, using insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and usefulness of communications. For All Hands programming, you'll lead editorial strategy and content development, working closely with production and creative partners on run of show, speaker prep, creative elements, and live production. You'll build relationships across the company to uncover great stories, interesting speakers, and work employees should know about. A key part of this role is developing new segments and formats that keep All Hands fresh, engaging, and worth employees' time. You'll think creatively about how All Hands can evolve as programming—not just a company meeting—and bring rigor to measuring success through attendance, engagement, feedback, and other signals. The role requires someone who can operate at multiple levels: shaping comms for organizational change one day, then developing a new All Hands segment the next. You'll need excellent judgment, strong instincts, and real creative ambition. You should be comfortable running toward hard problems and always thinking about how to make internal communications more useful, interesting, and engaging. Keeping employees informed and connected, and finding ways to highlight and celebrate the company's people, work, and community, are at the heart of this position. You can work from Twitch offices in Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or New York, NY. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field - Ability to build a communications strategy around complicated transitions and execute on detailed All Hands segments - Curiosity about what's happening across the company, what employees care about, and what they need to hear; comfort asking tough questions and pushing for clarity - Creative mindset with opinions about what makes internal programming interesting; ability to find good stories inside a company and willingness to experiment, measure, and pivot - Strong project management and production skills; ability to keep multiple timelines moving simultaneously while delivering weekly programming and planning ahead - Ability to turn ideas into compelling segments, bring company and community moments to life, and partner effectively with creative and production teams
