Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead internal comms strategy and execution across the company. This role sits within the Marketing & Communications team and owns two primary areas: internal communications strategy and All Hands programming. In the internal communications domain, you will author company-level messaging, develop comms plans for organizational changes and major announcements, partner with executives on sensitive or complex issues, and track employee engagement to continuously improve effectiveness. You'll be the strategic voice helping employees understand what's happening at the company and why it matters, while navigating complex transitions and moments. On the All Hands side, you'll lead editorial strategy and content development, work with production and creative partners on run of show and live production, build relationships across the company to uncover stories and speakers, and develop new segments and formats to keep programming fresh and engaging. You'll bring rigor to measuring success through attendance, engagement, and feedback signals, and think creatively about how All Hands can evolve from a company meeting into compelling programming. The role requires someone with excellent judgment, strong instincts, and creative ambition—someone who runs toward hard problems and is always thinking about how to make internal communications more useful, interesting, and engaging. You'll balance strategic work (shaping comms for organizational change) with tactical execution (developing individual All Hands segments), and you'll be a strong project manager capable of keeping multiple timelines moving simultaneously. You can work from Twitch offices in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Irvine, or Seattle. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field - Ability to build communications strategy around complicated transitions and execute on tactical details - Curiosity about company dynamics, employee needs, and what employees care about; comfort asking tough questions and pushing for clarity - Creative mindset with opinions on what makes internal programming interesting; ability to find compelling stories within a company and willingness to experiment, measure, and pivot - Strong project management and production skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines, turn ideas into compelling segments, and partner effectively with creative and production teams
