Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead internal comms strategy and execution across the company. This role sits within the Marketing & Communications team and owns two primary areas: company-wide internal communications and All Hands programming. Internal Communications Responsibilities: - Develop and execute internal comms strategy, ensuring employees receive timely information and context about company developments. - Author company-level messaging and communications plans for organizational changes, announcements, and sensitive moments. - Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to anticipate employee questions and help leaders communicate clearly during complex transitions. - Track employee engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness. All Hands Programming Responsibilities: - Lead editorial strategy and content development for company All Hands meetings, positioning them as engaging programming rather than standard meetings. - Collaborate with production and creative partners on run-of-show, speaker preparation, creative elements, and live production. - Build relationships across the company to uncover compelling stories, identify interesting speakers, and surface work employees should know about. - Develop new segments and formats to keep All Hands fresh and worth employees' time. - Measure success using attendance, engagement, feedback, and other signals to understand what resonates and inform iteration. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic communications planning and tactical execution—one day shaping messaging for organizational change, the next developing a new All Hands segment. You'll need excellent judgment, strong instincts, creative ambition, and a willingness to run toward difficult problems. The ideal candidate is curious about what's happening across the company and what employees need to hear, comfortable asking tough questions, and excited to experiment and measure results. You can work from Twitch offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or Seattle. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field - Ability to build communications strategy around complicated transitions while managing tactical details - Curiosity about company dynamics, employee needs, and what drives engagement - Creative thinking about what makes internal programming interesting; ability to identify and develop compelling stories - Strong project management and production skills; ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously - Experience turning ideas into compelling segments and partnering with creative and production teams - Willingness to experiment, measure results, and pivot based on feedback
