Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategic direction and operational governance of its incentives and loyalty portfolio across the business. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product, Data, CRM, Regional, and Marketing teams, responsible for building the frameworks, processes, and financial discipline required to scale incentives effectively. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Governance**: Develop the strategic framework for how Tripadvisor evaluates, prioritizes, and scales incentive initiatives. Define principles and guardrails for when and how incentives should be used, balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational complexity. Establish clear operating rhythms for reviewing performance and making investment decisions. **Financial & Analytical Foundation**: Own the performance evaluation framework covering redemption, incremental bookings, revenue impact, margin impact, customer lifetime value, and ROI. Partner with Finance to build P&L reporting infrastructure, spend tracking, forecasting, and program-level economics. Ensure leadership has a clear, trusted view of incentive performance across programs, markets, channels, and segments. **Insights to Action**: Lead deep dives into program performance, customer segments, test results, and behavioral trends. Translate complex analysis into strategic recommendations and executive narratives. Shape the incentives roadmap in partnership with Product, Data, and Marketing teams, prioritizing initiatives based on expected impact and strategic fit. **Operating Processes**: Design and improve the end-to-end processes for proposing, approving, launching, measuring, and reviewing incentive initiatives. Create evaluation standards and measurement protocols. Build scalable systems that enable the business to move from isolated campaigns toward a structured, financially disciplined portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, commercially minded, and execution-oriented. You will influence stakeholders without direct authority, build structure from ambiguity, and translate analysis into strategy and action. This is a high-impact role requiring 2-3 days per week in the London office.
