Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth and Commercial Delivery to lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for health plan (payer) clients. This role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, and implementation, bridging the gap between commercial commitments and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:

You'll also build and refine repeatable playbooks, governance models, and delivery frameworks to support rapid company scaling.
Additionally, you will have information security management system (ISMS) responsibilities, including overseeing specific business processes, managing ISMS documentation, conducting risk assessments, implementing risk treatment plans, and monitoring ISMS performance.
