Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017 with product launch in 2019, the company achieved profitability in 2024 and is now scaling from 5M to 50M customers by 2030.
Jerry builds an AI-powered advisor to manage physical assets—starting with car insurance and now expanding into home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, roadside assistance, and other verticals. Each new business line has distinct operational complexity, customer pain points, and scaling requirements.
You will serve as General Manager for one of these emerging product lines, reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO. You will own the full P&L, set strategy, and be accountable for product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. Depending on the product line, you may lead a small team of 1-2 people initially.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a new business within a late-stage startup that already has an existing user base, product-market fit, capital, traction, and a high-caliber team. You will work 2-3 days per week in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or hands-on operating roles in fast-growing startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in person in Palo Alto office 2-3 days per week
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
