As Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be a key financial leader driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs), serving as the primary liaison between finance/accounting and business units. Your role involves translating financial data into actionable business strategies and fostering a finance-driven decision-making culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and communicating key financial metrics (revenue, gross profit, volume) through financial models, data visualizations, and written reports
- Leading planning and execution of revenue and COGS forecasts, including annual and long-range business planning
- Overseeing development and implementation of structured quarterly financial forecast updates in partnership with business leaders
- Designing, building, and maintaining financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic growth initiatives
- Interpreting financial data to assess business investment opportunities and guide resource allocation
- Identifying financial trends and integrating data-driven insights into future planning processes
- Advising and influencing stakeholders with financial expertise and strategic recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, account relationship management, or business development.
Alternatively: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, account relationship management, or business development.
Required Skills (5-year track):
- At least 5 years with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- At least 5 years applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis
- At least 5 years identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights
- At least 5 years translating financial data into actionable recommendations
- At least 5 years with stakeholder engagement
Required Skills (3-year track with Master's):
- At least 3 years with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- At least 3 years applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis
- At least 3 years identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights
- At least 3 years translating financial data into actionable recommendations
- At least 3 years with stakeholder engagement
