Key Responsibilities:
- Own the accuracy, automation, and visual presentation of GTM-facing financial dashboards and reporting
- Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights for planning and priorities
- Manage two offshore GTM-focused analysts, setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting their development
- Partner with the Senior Director, FP&A to improve and maintain financial models supporting the GTM organization
- Track and report on gross and net revenue retention and other core GTM/revenue metrics
- Use AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate dashboard cleanup, reporting automation, and analytical work
- Serve as a point of contact for GTM stakeholders on financial questions, with growing autonomy over time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to ensure consistent metrics and reporting logic

This is a highly visible role with a clear path to owning more of the GTM finance relationship as you prove impact. Over an anticipated 6-9 month ramp, you will take on a growing share of the GTM finance relationship as trust and stakeholder relationships are established. Success requires fluidity between hands-on dashboard/model work and higher-level financial storytelling and advisory support.

The team has built a strong reporting foundation and is now focused on scaling it through sharper automation, better visual presentation, and deeper business partnership.
Office locations are in Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY, all accessible by public transportation. The role can also be based remotely. The company offers catered lunch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in offices, plus opportunities for after-work social events.
Requirements:
- Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
- Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and other core SaaS/subscription revenue metrics
- Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function (experience in professional services such as banking/consulting, or in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment equally valued)
- Comfort providing decision support and financial advisory directly to GTM/Commercial leadership
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in financial modeling, reporting, or analysis workflows
- Strong attention to detail and bias toward clean, accurate, well-presented data
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of ambiguous or evolving scope
- Proactive with status updates; surfaces progress and blockers without being prompted
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for diverse audiences
- Willingness to take feedback, learn, and grow with a continuous self-improvement mindset
