Unite Us is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Implementation to lead the delivery of strategic solution design, implementation consulting, and enterprise account stand-up services for complex customers and partnerships. This role is part of the Product Delivery department and focuses on embedding Unite Us team members with customers during critical partnership development stages to accelerate time to value and drive measurable outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders, translating operational goals, program requirements, and service delivery needs into scalable workflows and technology solutions. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise implementation engagements from discovery through successful delivery, managing major projects and co-development initiatives, and coordinating across cross-functional teams including Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Network teams.
You will conduct discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops, develop solution design artifacts and implementation roadmaps, facilitate customer meetings and project governance activities, and identify and mitigate implementation risks. The role requires synthesizing complex information, developing practical recommendations, and supporting customers through complex implementation challenges with consultative guidance.
You will also contribute to evolving Enterprise Services delivery methodologies and best practices, develop transition plans and knowledge-transfer materials, and monitor project health to ensure successful deployment and desired outcomes.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in business, public health, or social services environments, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, and deliver customer-centric solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously while remaining organized and agile.
