Nexthink is seeking a Senior Manager for End User Experience to lead a global team and transform internal IT support through modern, AI-augmented self-service models. You will manage a 9-person team distributed across five countries and own the full IT Workplace experience end-to-end, including devices, peripherals, remote office infrastructure, and related systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a distributed global team of 9 people
- Driving adoption of Spark, an AI-powered personal IT agent providing autonomous support to all employees
- Overseeing deployment and optimization of a new AI-powered ITSM platform replacing legacy ticketing infrastructure
- Managing the complete IT Workplace experience, from device provisioning to remote office infrastructure
- Working directly with Engineering and Product teams on in-development platforms, providing structured operational feedback
- Owning a budget covering tooling, vendor contracts, and team resourcing decisions
- Ensuring security and compliance integration across all team processes (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified environment)
- Acting as an internal champion and power user of Nexthink's own Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, stress-testing it and feeding insights back to the product team
- Reporting directly to the Senior IT Director
This is not a traditional help-desk role but rather a strategic mandate to build a modern, largely self-service support model anchored by AI-driven tools. You will be instrumental in demonstrating what great DEX looks like in practice, serving as Nexthink's own reference customer.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on people management experience, ideally leading distributed/global teams
- Demonstrated experience managing IT end-user support or workplace technology functions at scale
- Genuine interest and hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven support tooling; must be motivated to eliminate manual work
- Genuine enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) as a discipline, with willingness to be a hands-on internal user and advocate of Nexthink's DEX platform
- Comfortable operating with in-development products; ability to work directly with Engineering/Product teams, tolerate ambiguity, and provide structured operational feedback
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive decisions
- Working exposure to ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II frameworks, with understanding of how end-user computing controls fit into certified environments
- ITIL certification required
- University degree required
- Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English (written and verbal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (Engineering, Product, executive leadership)
