This role is a Senior Manager / Director of Engineering responsible for leading the consumer-facing engineering organization. You will oversee the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of products that directly impact patient health outcomes. The position involves managing a team of engineers, setting technical direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery of features that improve user engagement with nutrition-based healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling a high-performing engineering team focused on consumer products
- Defining technical roadmap and architecture for patient-facing applications
- Collaborating with product, design, and clinical teams to translate healthcare needs into technology
- Establishing engineering best practices, code quality standards, and deployment processes
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Working with leadership to align engineering priorities with company growth objectives
