Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy-first platform to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. This Senior Manager role sits at the intersection of demand planning, market economics, and capital allocation strategy. You will own the quantitative framework that translates explosive AI compute demand into actionable business strategy. Your core responsibilities include: sizing the total addressable market for AI compute by analyzing buyer segments, consumption patterns, and industry-wide capacity constraints; building and maintaining long-term forecasts for AI compute and power demand based on market dynamics, product mix, signed contracts, and churn assumptions; recommending optimal deployment strategies (Colo, full owned builds, Spark modular) across customer segments to inform capital allocation; developing pricing forecast models informed by demand volatility, ramp timing, and supply-chain signals; and building the financial case for build-ahead versus build-to-order tradeoffs at portfolio scale. You'll synthesize external market intelligence, competitive data, and internal deal-level information into clear, defensible narratives for the CFO, Board, and executive team. This role requires turning a market moving faster than traditional models can track into structured, quantitative views that drive multi-year capital decisions. You bring 7+ years of demand planning, supply/capacity planning, or quantitative finance experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, or other capital-intensive, forecast-driven businesses. You have strong financial modeling skills, proficiency with statistical forecasting techniques (time series, regression, scenario modeling), and a track record of translating numbers into narratives that influence senior decision makers. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related analytical field is required; an MBA or Master's in Analytics is a plus. Domain expertise in AI infrastructure and SQL/BigQuery experience are valuable bonuses.
