Salary: USD 160,500 - 194,500 / annual
Jasper is the marketing agents platform that helps enterprises orchestrate AI agents to execute marketing work at scale. The company is trusted by hundreds of enterprises, including nearly 20% of the Fortune 500.
You will own Jasper's customer story and social-proof engine end-to-end, and drive the Customer Advisory Board programs—six in-person events annually where practitioners and executives from the largest accounts shape their own playbooks and Jasper's. Your primary focus is post-sale customer engagement, with behavior change inside strategic accounts as the north star metric, a leading indicator that surfaces 60–90 days before renewal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
**Proof Engine & Customer Stories**
Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval to publication, targeting four published stories per quarter. Own the reference database so Sales and Customer Success know which customers can speak to specific use cases, industries, and outcomes. Recruit and prepare customers for analyst evaluations, research, and press coverage, including the Forrester Wave for Content Creation and Optimization Solutions. Leverage AI to compress production work (first drafts, transcript synthesis, asset variants) while you focus on narrative, accuracy, and business outcomes.
**Content Co-Creation**
Own the byline, webinar, podcast, and joint-session calendar built around durable themes: AI search discoverability, brand voice in the AI era, structuring the AI-powered marketing team, and moving from AI experiments to governed production. Partner with Content & Comms and their agency partners to publish on schedule. Supply customer insight and story raw material to the community hub and self-paced learning teams.
**Customer Advisory Boards & On-Sites**
Run four User CABs and two Executive CABs annually with the Senior Director, owning session design, run-of-show, speaker recruitment and prep, content, and post-event story capture. Program for 30–40 practitioners from the Top 100 and strategic accounts at roughly 2:1 customer-to-Jasper ratio. Develop programming for customer on-site workshops with Customer Success and content for trends dinners and customer webinars.
**Proof Deployment**
Own how proof assets and referenceable champions are used across pre-sale and post-sale programs and the enterprise sales motion. Design cross-pollination into every experiential moment so each carries at least one customer voice into a prospect conversation or brings late-stage prospects into customer moments. Work with Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Managers to spot accounts where notable activity is happening before renewal conversations.
**Measurement & Reporting**
Measure product behavior change among attendees at 90 days, plus pre/post usage deltas. Report quarterly on Top 100 coverage, stakeholder depth, GRR against matched untouched cohorts, expansion and services pipeline sourced, and advocacy conversion. Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to make the scorecard reportable and own advocacy-side definitions.
This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Evangelism & Community-Led Growth. Expect approximately 20–25% travel for CABs, customer on-sites, dinners, and industry moments.
**Requirements**
- 8–12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing, or communications at a B2B SaaS company, with meaningful enterprise experience
- Portfolio of customer stories you sourced and shepherded through enterprise legal, brand, and comms approval; understanding of why stories stall and how to unstick them
- Experience running a high-touch, executive-level in-person program (advisory board, customer council, summit)
- Strong writing and editorial instincts; ability to interview practitioners, find stories in vague metrics, brief agencies, and elevate mediocre drafts
- Comfort with senior stakeholders from CMO-level customers to Jasper executives
- AI-forward operating style; already use AI to remove production work with a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't
- Measurement fluency with cohort comparisons, usage data, and attribution; preference for leading indicators over vanity numbers
- Cross-functional credibility with Sales and Customer Success; ability to influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with martech or AI category and experience with analyst relations
