Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the next generation of data centers powered by an energy-first approach. As Senior Manager of Commissioning, you will lead the execution of Crusoe's commissioning program across a portfolio of data center projects in your region, reporting to the Director of Commissioning.
You will manage a team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers, ensuring every facility meets Crusoe's standards for reliability, efficiency, and safety before going into operation. Your responsibilities include overseeing commissioning execution across multiple concurrent data center builds, expansions, and retrofits; implementing and upholding Crusoe's commissioning standards, templates, and workflows; coordinating with third-party commissioning agents and stakeholders across design, construction, and operations; and reviewing and approving commissioning documentation including test procedures, scripts, MOPs, and acceptance criteria.

You'll capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement and ensure safety, compliance, and quality control are enforced throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
Required qualifications include 10+ years of experience in commissioning data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure; 5+ years of leadership experience managing commissioning teams or programs; strong understanding of MEP systems and controls integration; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; experience coordinating with general contractors, OEMs, and third-party firms; and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. PE license or CxA certification is a plus. The role requires 50% travel to project sites.
