The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes. The Benefits Marketplace team builds partnerships that expand products and services available to Rippling customers while creating new revenue opportunities. You will serve as a Partner Growth Manager, responsible for turning partnerships into successful, growing businesses across their entire lifecycle. You will work as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partners, connecting their teams with the right people across Rippling. Internally, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and Brokerage teams to build and execute go-to-market motions. Key responsibilities include: onboarding newly signed partners and translating partnerships into successful programs; managing ongoing partner relationships through regular business reviews and strong cross-organizational relationships; developing and executing growth plans focused on revenue, customer adoption, attach, pipeline, and referrals; driving GTM alignment with Rippling's Sales, Brokerage, and PEO teams; building external sales enablement programs and becoming the go-to resource for partner sales organizations; identifying new growth opportunities using performance data and market insights; measuring partner performance across KPIs; improving operational workflows across referrals, lead routing, and billing; and scaling successful partner-specific programs into repeatable playbooks. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring comfort with relationship building, sales team collaboration, data analysis, and execution across multiple organizations. You'll focus on growth metrics that vary by partnership—adoption, opportunities, attach, distribution channels, or direct revenue. Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects office-based employees (those within a defined radius of a Rippling office) to work in-office at least three days per week.
