Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries and reaching over 300 million people monthly. Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B division that provides live experiences as a service to corporate clients, schools, and global brands—from intimate Candlelight Private Concerts to large-scale multi-city activations. You will lead a small, fast-growing team of Account Executives covering a US region from the Chicago office, reporting directly to the Head of Fever for Business, Americas. This is a player-coach role where you own regional revenue performance while actively participating in strategic deals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to build strong pipelines and consistently hit quota - Own regional revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health - Recruit, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the region scales - Conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching using MEDDIC-style methodology; step into key deals to close strategic or complex opportunities - Set territory and account-planning strategy in partnership with Marketing, Partners, and Operations - Identify and cultivate relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects to drive New Logo growth and land-and-expand motions - Represent Fever for Business in market, building brand and network among corporate and institutional decision-makers - Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out playbooks, training, and best practices - Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast discipline; report regional performance to leadership - Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to keep go-to-market approach sharp Requirements: - 5–10 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE, or similar preferred) - Prior experience managing or leading a sales team with a track record of coaching reps to hit and exceed targets - Proven individual track record in B2B sales before moving into people leadership - Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies (preferred) - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable jumping into deals directly - Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong coaching and people-management instincts - Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic - Fluency in English required
