Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual
Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Senior Living Relationship Manager to drive business growth in the Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida territory. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days per week in the field and 1-2 days remote.
Bluestone delivers specialized care to patients with complex, chronic conditions and disabilities through multidisciplinary care teams that visit patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Group Home communities. The company operates across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida, with corporate offices in Stillwater, Minnesota, and Tampa, Florida.
In this role, you will be accountable for meeting assigned growth goals through value proposition presentations, customer satisfaction initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment and articulate Bluestone's value proposition to potential partners. Key responsibilities include:
• Executing 90% of business days in field activities to grow the business, with 10% dedicated to administrative tasks
• Managing complex schedules based on new and existing buildings, patient growth, and new providers
• Recording activities in customer relationship management software and leveraging other Bluestone technology platforms
• Providing leadership and creative thinking through effective planning and decision-making to achieve company targets
• Up to 80% local territory travel required
Bluestone's care model has demonstrated significant impact: patients experienced 21% fewer ER visits, 36% fewer hospitalizations, and 41% fewer hospital readmissions compared to similar patient populations. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or health care administration with experience in clinic operations and/or care delivery
• Documented previous sales success
• Valid driver's license required
• Healthcare organization experience preferred
• Senior Living experience preferred
• Customer service and quality-related positions a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities a plus
• Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and care team members
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse populations
• Intermediate-level computer proficiency (email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated compatibility with Bluestone's mission and operating philosophies
