Salary: USD 175,000 - 240,000 / annual

Higgsfield AI is a fast-scaling generative AI company with $700M+ annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, and partnerships with 390 Fortune 500 brands. The company is building AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. This Investor Relations Manager role focuses on building and deepening relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, and the capital markets ecosystem. Unlike traditional IR roles centered on earnings and filings, this position aims to establish Higgsfield as a primary source of insight for the financial community on Creative AI and the transformation of the creative economy. Key responsibilities include: - Building and managing relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and influential capital markets participants - Establishing systematic engagement programs with research teams at leading investment banks - Developing regular analyst briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building cadences across Wall Street - Tracking relevant research covering Creative AI, generative video, creator economy, advertising, media, and AI infrastructure - Positioning Higgsfield as a trusted resource by providing market intelligence, data, executive access, and perspectives on AI's transformation of creative industries - Educating analysts and bankers on the Creative AI opportunity size, structure, and TAM across multiple large industries - Identifying sector reports and research initiatives where Higgsfield can contribute insight - Creating opportunities for earned inclusion in thematic and sector research - Collaborating on credible research examining Creative AI while maintaining distinction between sponsored and independent coverage - Partnering with leadership, communications, and finance to develop data, market frameworks, benchmarks, and narratives - Tracking relationships, engagements, reports, and outcomes with strategic focus on converting relationships into tangible results Requirements: - 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or closely related field - Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how analyst/investment bank relationships are built - Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences - Ability to translate fast-moving technology stories into credible capital markets theses without marketing language - Highly relationship-driven while remaining focused on measurable outcomes - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams - Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where category, company, and market narrative evolve quickly Nice to have: - Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or capital markets community - Experience covering or working within AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies - Experience with thematic or sector research and understanding how emerging technology categories become incorporated into investment theses - Experience positioning private, high-growth companies with sophisticated financial audiences
