As a Senior Live Experience Producer on the Fever Originals team, you will manage all aspects of event production from conception through execution and post-event analysis. You'll serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, responsible for coordinating third parties involved in creative deliverables, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and budget management across multiple simultaneous productions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end event production logistics, including pre-production planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Creating production timelines and ensuring teams maintain schedules
- Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment on event deliverables
- Participating in marketing brainstorms and contributing creative ideation from an on-the-ground perspective
- Managing multiple productions simultaneously while scaling Fever Original IP against team targets
- Managing budgets of varying scales
- Researching and implementing new vendors, technologies, and production formats to enhance experiences
- Conducting venue research and booking
- Securing event permits and meeting insurance requirements
- Handling administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with legal
- Traveling domestically and internationally for live launches and event execution
This role requires flexibility, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. You'll work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you identify problems and create solutions. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering results in a collaborative, hands-on culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in event production industry
- Native Portuguese and fluent English (other languages a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and efficiency skills
- Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
- Strong network of vendors and venues
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
- Proven track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solution-focused approach with ability to identify and resolve problem areas
- Proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Ability to think strategically with event partnership briefs and proprietary data
- Collaborative, hands-on mindset with willingness to get involved in execution
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Experience with virtual events is a plus
