Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure to serve as the connective tissue between the Infrastructure organization and the broader engineering team. You will drive the rollout of critical, cross-cutting infrastructure programs that affect how the company builds, operates, and secures its platform at scale.
In this role, you will manage a high volume of parallel initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, FinOps, build systems, software migrations, security operations, and more. You will coordinate across teams that don't report to you, maintain clear visibility on program health, and escalate quickly when capacity or priority decisions are needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own infrastructure initiative rollouts from planning through completion, coordinating across teams without direct authority
- Manage concurrent efforts in security operations, FinOps, build systems, migrations, and other cross-cutting programs
- Build relationships and create visibility to prevent infrastructure work from being deprioritized; escalate capacity constraints and facilitate trade-off decisions
- Establish and maintain clear, actionable reporting on infrastructure rollout status for leadership visibility
- Partner with Infrastructure and SRE leadership on planning, prioritization, and roadmap sequencing
- Define frameworks, templates, and coordination models for effective cross-team collaboration
- Develop deep technical fluency in owned programs to identify blockers, ask informed questions, and represent work credibly to leadership
- Drive automation and operational excellence by challenging manual processes and centralizing change
You are technically fluent with hands-on experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering. You are a driver who moves work forward through follow-up, accountability, and escalation. You build strong relationships across engineering teams and understand what motivates different stakeholders. You use AI daily to work smarter and faster, and you actively look for automation opportunities. You manage high volume and ambiguity without losing track, communicate clearly and directly (tailoring by audience), and measure success by realized impact.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in fast-paced product engineering environments, ideally SaaS or high-growth tech
- Demonstrated experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts across multiple engineering teams
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, FinOps, security operations, and software migration programs
- Strong fluency in tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Track record of managing competing priorities and delivering results without direct authority over engineering teams
- Technical fluency in security operations, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and software migrations
Preferred:
- Experience in both infrastructure and product engineering contexts
- Familiarity with FinOps frameworks and cloud cost optimization programs
- Experience building or evolving TPM practices in nascent or growing functions
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, build systems, or security compliance frameworks
