Doctolib is scaling its largest product launch in Germany: an all-in-one practice management software enabling healthcare teams to manage end-to-end administrative and clinical workflows before, during, and after appointments. You will join the Product Marketing team as Senior Lead Product Strategy, acting as a CEO for your domain. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Germany, driving onboarding of new practices and increasing user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches - Serve as the voice of users, continuously improving product-market fit and shaping the product roadmap - Monitor user signals across the customer journey to enhance value delivery, usage, trust, and customer experience - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities - Define product positioning and messaging for the German market - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams - Manage feature releases and ensure successful market introduction - Work with teams to navigate regulatory and technical frameworks, creating conditions for user-friendly solutions Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of professional experience, ideally as a manager in Product Marketing or Go-to-Market Strategy, or from top-tier management consulting/VC combined with Product Management experience - Structured and analytical thinking and working approach - Experience working closely with Tech and Product teams - Strong ability to prioritize, allocate resources effectively, and manage projects to develop and execute go-to-market strategies - Experience managing senior stakeholders (VP, MD, Executive Committee) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (C1 level minimum in both) Nice-to-have: - Experience in a scale-up company - Experience in medtech
