Extreme Reach, a global leader in creative operations technology, is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to serve as a Tier 3 escalation point and infrastructure specialist. You will manage and secure hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure supporting a global organization of 1,100+ employees across 140 markets.
Core responsibilities include administering hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID environments, managing Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and security (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview), and provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. You will develop PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows for automation and reporting, act as escalation support for help desk incidents, and maintain endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and collaboration hardware.
You will own critical enterprise applications (Jira, Confluence), lead infrastructure and software projects, and drive continuous improvement through knowledge base documentation and process optimization.
Required qualifications: 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 enterprise environments; deep expertise in hybrid Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access; hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux Server; advanced PowerShell and Bash scripting; AWS and Azure proficiency; understanding of compliance tools (DLP, eDiscovery) and endpoint security.
You must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, ability to collaborate across global teams, and fluency in English (additional languages valued). Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required.
