Scalable Capital, a leading European digital investment and banking platform, is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join its Vienna office. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers and academics to design and implement user interfaces that make complex financial services accessible to everyday users.
In this role, you will own the full iOS app lifecycle from ideation through delivery on the App Store. You'll be empowered to implement, improve, and suggest changes that enhance both the technical architecture and product experience. You'll experiment with new iOS technologies to maximize platform capabilities, build visually rich and intuitive user experiences, and write clean, testable, well-documented code with security as a first-class concern.

Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or comparable qualification
- Profound working experience as an iOS Engineer
- Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product domains
- Passion for delivering great UX with proficiency in UIKit and Auto Layout; interest in other technology stacks
- Ability to stay current with iOS ecosystem changes
- Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, audience-aware) for engineering, product, and stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills; German is optional
- Prior fintech experience is a plus but not required; interest in investing or familiarity with Scalable Capital is valued
