Fictiv, a platform that accelerates product creation for innovators, is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead integration efforts and mentor engineering teams. In this role, you will develop and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and JIRA using MuleSoft. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions, work closely with software development teams to deliver solutions on time, and ensure robust implementations through comprehensive testing (Munit and end-to-end). You will measure and forecast vCore capacity requirements as data volumes scale, provide technical direction and engineering leadership to a team of engineers, and contribute to the design and development of new products and features. Key responsibilities include maintaining engineering standards, ensuring product quality, driving operational excellence, and helping monitor and remediate production issues. You will set examples in best practices and nurture a culture of thriving within the engineering organization. This role requires deep expertise in MuleSoft API-led connectivity, integration best practices, and the ability to mentor and guide other engineers while maintaining hands-on technical contributions.
