Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomous systems and AI. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team developing autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and multi-domain unmanned systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system for real-time command and control. As a Senior Integration and Test Engineer, you will drive the delivery of hardware-focused capabilities throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers on AUV design, integration, and test efforts • Support design and integration of AUV subsystems, including electrical systems and software components • Develop and operate physical integration environments to support system maturity • Write software to automate testing of hardware and software systems, including test frameworks and data analysis tools • Debug and troubleshoot electrical and software integration issues • Write, review, and execute comprehensive test plans for internal and customer-facing evaluations • Provide subject matter expertise for test operations, including pre-mission testing, vehicle tasking, and data analysis • Support field debug, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs (up to 20% travel) Required qualifications include 4+ years in software, mechatronic, electrical, or systems engineering with integration and test focus. You must have proficiency in software development for test automation, strong Linux and command-line expertise, hands-on electronics troubleshooting experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and familiarity with embedded systems, sensor integration, and robotics control. Knowledge of mechanical engineering and control theory is essential. Experience with subsea operations, AUV systems, and vehicle-level testing is advantageous. You must be able to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
