Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech, creative, and media expertise to drive client growth and innovation. As a Senior Integrated Producer based in Berlin, you will lead end-to-end production for a high-profile social media retainer with a major global streaming and entertainment client, serving as the trusted operational lead for German market operations.
You will manage the complete production lifecycle: client relationship ownership and strategic communication, daily workflow coordination through agile scrums and task assignment to content managers and designers, comprehensive financial oversight including project costing and budget management, quality control of German-language social assets (static, video, motion graphics), and mentorship of mid-level and junior team members. Your scope spans fast-turnaround social content, localized multi-market campaigns, and platform-native video deliverables on a high-volume retainer.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary client-facing lead for German operations, running daily scrums and triaging incoming briefs, managing end-to-end project costing and PO management, performing meticulous QC on all German-language assets for linguistic accuracy and brand alignment, overseeing retainer and campaign production execution, and partnering with Resource Management on team casting and freelancer coordination.
The role offers flexibility: work remotely up to 60% of the time with flexible hours between 8am–6:30pm, and you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken) and full professional fluency in English required
- Extensive experience managing high-volume, fast-turnaround social media retainers in an agency environment
- Strong project management foundation with experience running scrums, structuring workflows, and tracking deliverables
- Proven proficiency in project costing, budget management, scope estimation, and financial risk mitigation
- Genuine comfort being client-facing and serving as day-to-day operational contact for high-level brand partners
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and linguistic/visual quality assurance for social content
- Experience delivering marketing or social campaigns within film, streaming, TV, or entertainment media
- Exposure to live-action shoot production logistics and modern AI-driven production workflows preferred
