Kepler Communications is a commercial space technology company operating the first commercial optical data relay constellation with 33 satellites launched to date. The company provides real-time on-orbit connectivity for critical missions and advanced on-orbit compute capabilities.
As Senior Infrastructure Security Specialist, you will report to the VP of Information Security & CISO and own core infrastructure security operations across Kepler's corporate, cloud, and operational environments. Your responsibilities include vulnerability management, security monitoring and SIEM administration, endpoint security, infrastructure hardening, and incident response. You will be the primary operator and continuous improvement owner for these capabilities as the organization scales.
Key focus areas include protecting infrastructure that supports regulated and Government of Canada environments, including systems that may process Protected and Classified information. You will work cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to identify security risks, implement practical controls, and maintain infrastructure resilience.
The role is hybrid-based in Toronto with approximately 40% on-site time.
