Glow is building an agentic-first endpoint security platform that gives enterprises visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. The company is transforming enterprise security with a focus on speed and business impact.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be a core member of the R&D team, blending deep DevOps expertise with backend engineering rigor. You'll architect and operate the distributed systems and data pipelines that power Glow's autonomous security platform, ensuring it remains immutable, observable, and infinitely scalable as multi-agent systems operate at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Build internal tools and platform services in Python and Go to improve developer productivity and system reliability
- Own infrastructure automation and modern cloud-native tooling
- Partner with Backend, Data Science, and Security Engineering teams to build scalable, reliable platforms
- Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response across distributed production systems
- Design and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Shape engineering best practices and platform architecture as the company grows
You bring 5+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or backend engineering experience. You have strong software engineering skills with production experience in Python or Go, deep hands-on AWS expertise (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM), and proven ability designing and operating production Kubernetes environments. You're comfortable with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern cloud-native practices. You have a systems mindset for solving architectural challenges, are comfortable with AI-powered developer tools, and thrive in fast-moving environments. A Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required. Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English is essential.
